Common questions.

Are these prices really flat?
Yes. Pay per organisation, not per dollar of contract value. We don't take a cut of your revenue, we don't charge per claim posted, we don't charge per user inside the tier. Whatever your annual turnover, the price stays the same.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — annual plans get 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12 months access). Switch from monthly to annual any time in your account settings.
Is there a founding-customer discount?
Yes. The first 50 customers get 50% off their first 3 months on any plan — applied automatically at checkout while the offer is open.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial is 14 days with no credit card required. Add a card before your trial ends to keep going — if you don't, your account simply pauses. We email you 4 days before the trial ends as a reminder.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time, prorated immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. No fees either way.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Browser only — works on Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox. The mobile experience works on a 375px-wide phone screen for site supervisors.
What about my existing data in Excel or other tools?
CSV importer is part of onboarding. For the Pro and Premium tiers, our founder will personally help you migrate during your trial.
