Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide Construct-it isn't for you — your account simply pauses when the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Control Panel → Billing inside the app. No phone calls, no emails required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to the Service until that date, and you will not be charged again.
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel part-way through a month, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of payment — we'll refund the unused portion of the year, in Australian dollars (AUD), to your original payment method.
After 30 days, annual plans are not refundable for the unused portion, but your access continues until the end of the year you paid for.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that services will be provided with due care and skill. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund) regardless of the limits set out above.
If we ever charge you incorrectly — wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation — tell us and we will correct it and refund the difference promptly. All charges and refunds are in Australian dollars (AUD).
